Hello, my name is Poomimi or just Mimi. I am single star that weaves life from stardust.
I, the ethereal Ether, ethereally create characters and stories for my ethereal amusement hence why my creations refer to me as The Ether.

I enjoy reading romance/comedy manga/manhwa, drawing, playing the violin, playing games writing and reading.
I enjoy playing games like Stardew, Sims 4, Minecraft, Genshin Impact, D&D, Omori, Pokemon, Undertale & Deltarune and some others I can't remember.

Terms of Service
Please read carefully before commissioning. Upon commissioning and adopting, you accept all the following:
General
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, especially if the requests do not align with my schedule, beliefs, religion or character
I retain the right to post commissioned artwork on my portfolio and social media unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand. Your socials will be included. In the same way any post of commissions made by me MUST include credits clearly displayed.
Please provide clear references and descriptions before work begins unless purchasing a skeb. Failure to provide references may cause product to take longer to finish
If you'd like to add any additions, I need to know ASAP, before I begin adding finishing touches (rendering). Clients will be notified when the sketch, lineart and colors, and Final touches stage has started.
NO Major revisions after rendering or completion. I will provide updates if needed please let me know revisions during the early stage of completion, the earlier the better.
Completion may take from 1-5 MAX months per piece, circumstances included. Any deadline change request (basically rush orders) will result in a extra charge.
Delays may occur due to personal circumstances, workload, or emergencies, but commission still shouldn't take over 5 months to be completed.
Commissioners will be informed if significant delays occur.
Payment
Payment is accepted through: [Cash App / Paypal / Zelle]
Full payment upfront OR a 50% upfront payment is required before I begin work. Delay on final payment will delay commission completion. I recommend having full amount up front instead of this payment policy idea because it may get messy.
All prices are listed in USD
Work will not begin until payment is received.
Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS AFTER THE FINAL ARTWORK HAS BEEN DELIVERED (Both commission and adoptable), since it may affect my queue and financial situation. If I made a mistake on my part, I will do my best to redo the commission as soon as possible so that you receive your moneys worth of the product.
Full refunds are only available before work has started; If I haven't drawn anything you can 100% have your money back no questions asked. This may be the case with initial testing sketches.
Partial refunds may be negotiated.
Personal Use
You may: Repost the artwork with proper credit; including: social media @, links, tags/mentions, watermark, signature left in artwork.
You may not: Remove my watermark/signature if social media @, links, tags/mentions are not included.
Use the artwork commercially unless commercial rights were purchased.
Do not post provided updates until piece is fully completed, unless discussed with me.
Commercial use
Commercial rights must be discussed and paid for separately.
Commercial use includes: Merchandise, Branding, Monetized content, Reselling prints/products
Copyright
I retain copyright ownership of all artwork unless explicitly transferred in writing.
DO NOT use my art for NFT or AI for ANYTHING.
Communication
Please communicate respectfully and clearly.
I will be taking notes of the order, so please be clear and intentional on your resquest.
Harassment, chargebacks, or rude behavior may result in blacklisting from future commissions.
